Art Department Overview

The Central Catholic Art Department offers six courses, ranging from basic art instruction to graphics to ceramics and pottery. First year art students are introduced to a variety of art mediums, techniques, and styles in the Art Fundamentals course. After Art Fundamentals, students may elect to take more art classes depending on interest.

  • Advanced Art class for senior art students

All of the art classes include art production, art history, and art criticism. Students are taught an appreciation for the arts and to employ creative thinking skills while developing their artistic abilities.
