Welcome prospective Central Catholic High School Students and Parents!
Thank you for your interest in becoming Irish. It is my privilege to serve as the new Director of Admissions for our school community, a community I am very familiar with. As a 2007 graduate of Central Catholic, I have experienced first-hand on how our school shapes young men and women academically, spiritually and socially. It is my hope that you will encounter the same success during your high school career.
Along with becoming the new director of admissions, it is my responsibility to bring fresh, new ideas and take Central Catholic admissions in a new direction.
The word “new” for Central Catholic means to be innovative and to make an improvement.
Our admissions plan centers around finding the best 150 applicants to enroll at Central Catholic. They are young men and women whose ambitions are aligned with the schools goals and mission. I invite and encourage students who are interested in becoming Irish to attend the following events Central Catholic has planned for further exploration.
High School Placement Test Prep Sessions: Central Catholic offers 8th graders practice sessions for the high school placement test. These are free and our team of educators will assist students to better prepare them for the test on Saturday, December 1, 2018. For a complete list of dates/times and to register, please click here.
Open House: Central Catholic’s Open House is on Sunday, November 11 from noon – 3:00 p.m. This is a great opportunity for students and parents to get an in-depth look at what the school offers, talk with teachers and tour our historic building.
Irish for a Day: 8th graders will get to experience a day in the life of a Central Catholic student. Future Irish will get a look at the diverse academic courses we offer, meet our passionate teachers and spend the day with our impressive students. Please feel free to reach out to our admissions (email@example.com) team with any questions. I look forward to meeting you and hopefully welcoming you into the Central Catholic family!
