Director of Engagement

Central Catholic High School, rooted in the rich tradition of Catholic education in the Diocese of Toledo, seeks an energetic and driven individual to serve as a full-time Director of Engagement.

The Director of Engagement serves as the relationship builder of the Advancement Office, responsible for fostering meaningful connections with alumni, parents, donors, and friends of Central Catholic High School. This position oversees events, reunions, donor stewardship activities, alumni engagement initiatives, and cultivation experiences designed to strengthen lifelong relationships with the School.

Primary responsibilities include:

● Plan and execute alumni events, donor events, reunions, and community engagement activities;
● Build meaningful relationships with alumni, parents, donors, and community supporters;
● Lead donor stewardship efforts and recognition programs;
● Coordinate ongoing donor outreach including milestone recognition and relationship touchpoints;
● Strengthen long-term connection and engagement with the Central Catholic community.

The ideal candidate is a relationship-driven professional with experience in events, hospitality, customer service, or community engagement. A bachelor degree in Business, Communications, or related field is preferred, but not required. Successful candidates will possess strong organizational and interpersonal skills, excellent communication and project management abilities, as well as the ability to develop relationships with diverse constituents. All candidates must be committed to the mission of Catholic education.
