Central Catholic Will Celebrate GivingTuesday on December 2
GivingTuesday is a global generosity movement unleashing the power of radical generosity. It was created in 2012 as a simple idea: a day that encourages people to do good. Since then, it has grown into a year-round global movement that inspires hundreds of millions of people to give, collaborate, and celebrate generosity.
This GivingTuesday, Central Catholic High School will inspire generosity by appealing to its alumni and friends to lift up our students one class, one gift, one impact at a time. The school joins millions around the world participating in the event on December 2, 2025. We ask our supporters to join the Annual Fund Class Challenge, which we recently implemented.
“This GivingTuesday, your gift does more than help your class rise to the top, it strengthens the Irish experience for every student walking our halls today,” said alumnus Cory Lehman (Class of 2008), Director of Institutional Advancement. “Alumni and friends play a vital role in keeping Central Catholic strong. Your support fuels scholarships, faith formation, classroom resources, athletics, the arts, and every opportunity that shapes who we are. Join the Annual Fund Class Challenge and show today’s students that the Irish family always gives back. We are asking for a $50 donation this GivingTuesday to support our students, strengthen our faith community, and help your class rise in the challenge.”
Any donation amount is greatly appreciated, as even small gifts add up to create an impact on Central Catholic and its students.
To join Central Catholic’s GivingTuesday initiative, please follow these simple steps:
Go to centralcatholic.org on December 2 to make your GivingTuesday donation.
If you are unable to or prefer not to give online, you may write a check dated December 2, 2025, include “GivingTuesday” on the memo line, and mail it to Central Catholic High School at 2550 Cherry St. Toledo, OH 43608.
Or you may bring a check or cash to Central Catholic on December 2 to make your donation.
