Why did you choose to attend Central Catholic and what’s the best thing about being here?

“I chose to attend CCHS in order to challenge myself academically and to be a part of storied athletic programs.  I wanted to surround myself with amazing people that could help me prepare for college. When you walk through the hallways of Central Catholic, you see the diversity of the real world working together to achieve a common goal.

“What I enjoy most about Central Catholic is the people.  This school feels like my home away from home. The Irish Family is not just found inside the walls of the school, but it is instilled in the students and alumni when they step outside of CCHS.  I’ve met countless alumni that have been in my shoes and they have given me advice on life that is priceless. The tradition of family continues to be passed down through the students, faculty, and staff.”

What are your plans after you graduate from CCHS?

“When I graduate I will be attending the University of Akron to play football.  I will be majoring in biology and plan to become an orthopedic surgeon.”

Irish Extra:

“Many people know of Kendal Marshall because of his achievements on the football field and basketball court.  Kendal’s greatest attribute is what an outstanding and caring person he is. Kendal is the person and student that you hope your own children will become someday.  He is a great student, leader, and role model for the CCHS community.”
