Women’s History Month Q&A – Menyonn Daniels
Menyonn Daniels is in her 2nd year as a mathematics/business teacher at Central Catholic High School. Menyonn has earned 3 degrees in higher education, including a master’s degree in Business Administration from Lourdes University. In addition to teaching, she has been a retail store manager, worked for county and state agencies, as well as worked in various accounting and certified payroll positions. She has 1 daughter, Yameisha Cherae Daniels-Polk.
What advice would you give to women in your respective field?
I would tell women not to overthink, just let your inner being flow naturally.
Tell us about a woman you looked up to & why?
I look up to my mother. She overcame numerous setbacks in her life, and still managed to push through. She turns 75 years old this month, and she's still fighting!!!
What does Women's History Month mean to you?
Women's History Month is monumental. It's an opportunity to educate the world on how much women have contributed to the achievements and advancements in today's and the past societies.
