Campus Minister

Central Catholic High School, rooted in the rich tradition of Catholic education in the Diocese of Toledo, seeks a passionate and faith-filled individual to serve as a full-time Campus Minister beginning in the 2026–27 school year.

At Central Catholic, transformation is at the heart of everything we do. We are committed to forming young women and men into disciples of Jesus Christ who are rooted in the Gospel, motivated by a lifelong pursuit of knowledge, and inspired to transform the world. We believe every student is created in the image and likeness of God and is called to a unique purpose.

Located in Toledo, Central Catholic is a dynamic co-educational school community that values authentic relationships, joyful faith, and meaningful accompaniment. We are seeking a Campus Minister who desires to walk alongside students during some of the most important years of their lives — helping them encounter Christ, deepen their faith, and discover their God-given gifts.

The Campus Minister plays a vital role in the spiritual life of the school and is responsible for helping foster a vibrant culture of faith throughout the Central Catholic community. This position includes regular interaction with students both inside and outside the classroom setting and requires a willingness to be present for retreats, service experiences, liturgies, and other faith-centered activities that may occur during evenings, weekends, and summer months.

Primary responsibilities include:

• Coordinating and leading the school’s retreat program

• Assisting in the planning and execution of school liturgies, prayer services, and faith formation opportunities

• Organizing Christian service and immersion experiences for students

• Collaborating with faculty, staff, clergy, and student leaders to promote the spiritual mission of the school

• Building authentic relationships with students through accompaniment and pastoral presence

• Supporting the overall mission and Catholic identity of Central Catholic High School

Qualified candidates should:

• Be a practicing Catholic who actively supports the teachings and mission of the Catholic Church

• Possess a bachelor’s degree (theology, ministry, education, or related field preferred)

• Demonstrate strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills

• Have experience in youth ministry, campus ministry, Catholic education, or related ministry work

• Be energetic, proactive, collaborative, and relational in their approach to ministry

• Successfully complete FBI and BCI background checks

Central Catholic High School offers a competitive salary and benefits package, including medical, dental and vision insurance, retirement plan, 403(b), life insurance, and tuition assistance.

Interested candidates should submit a resume, brief cover letter with wage requirements, and list of references to Mr. Kevin Parkins via jobs@centralcatholic.org. The deadline for priority consideration is Monday, June 8, 2026.

At Central Catholic, we do more than educate students — we help form saints, leaders, and disciples. We invite candidates who are eager to make a lasting impact on the lives of young people to apply.
