Swimming & Diving Head Coach

Central Catholic High School in Toledo, Ohio, is seeking a Head Varsity Boys’ & Girls’ Swimming & Diving Coach to lead our program at our SPECIAL place on Cherry Street.  This position is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the swimming & diving program while fostering a culture rooted in faith, leadership, teamwork, and competitive excellence.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate a strong commitment to developing student-athletes both in and out of the pool, emphasizing character, discipline, and sportsmanship in a Gospel-centered environment.  Responsibilities include organizing and directing practices and competitions, mentoring student-athletes, and working collaboratively with school leadership, staffulty, and families to support the overall mission of Central Catholic.

Candidates should possess strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills, along with previous coaching experience at the high school or collegiate level.  All applicants must be able to obtain an Ohio Department of Education Pupil Activity Permit.
