Campus Maintenance & Facilities Technician
Scheduled Work Shift: Afternoons (10 a.m. - 6:30 p.m.) or Evenings (Noon - 8:30 p.m.)
Reports To: Director of Operations

Central Catholic High School, located in Toledo, Ohio, is currently hiring a skilled Campus Maintenance & Facilities Technician on a full-time basis. This individual will work under the direction of the Director of Operations and the Maintenance Lead, maintaining our buildings and properties, while performing routine maintenance work and supporting custodial needs.
The candidate must have the ability to work independently and use sound judgement, while ensuring that the facilities and grounds remain safe, clean, and operational. This position may require working different shifts - including weekends, holidays and special events. He/She must also be able to work in all types of weather - rain, snow, heat, and cold conditions.
Candidates must be able to safely perform general maintenance work and equipment repair. Skill and technical knowledge of general carpentry and painting, combined with inspections and servicing of electrical and plumbing is beneficial.
All candidates must minimally have a high school diploma or GED, a valid driver’s license, and auto insurance. Individuals with prior maintenance experience are preferred. Candidates must also have the willingness to support the mission and vision of Central Catholic High School.
