HS Science Teacher
Central Catholic High School in Toledo, Ohio, with over 100 years of graduates, forms young men and women into disciples of Jesus Christ. We are seeking a science teacher for the 2026–27 school year.
Responsibilities include:
● Designing and delivering engaging instruction across Science courses
● Differentiating instruction and using data to meet diverse student learning needs
● Facilitating inquiry-based learning, labs, and hands-on investigations
● Promoting scientific reasoning, critical thinking, and analysis of data
● Ensuring safe and effective use of lab equipment and adherence to safety protocols
● Connecting scientific concepts to real-world applications and current issues
● Collaborating with colleagues, including Intervention Services, on department and school-wide initiatives
● Maintaining clear, positive communication with students, families, and administration
Qualified candidates must hold a bachelor’s degree in Science or a related field; an Ohio teaching license is preferred. Candidates should demonstrate a commitment to the mission of Central Catholic High School.
