9 Football Players Collect Postseason All-CHSL Accolades
Nine members of the Central Catholic football team received All-CHSL accolades, the Catholic High School League announced earlier this week.
The Fighting Irish (5-4, 3-2 CHSL) had 4 players garner All-Catholic honors. That list included senior WR Preston Fryzel, junior RB Jeremiah Fuller, senior DL Zenaje Liggons, and senior DB Victor Singleton, Jr. Singleton is earning all-conference laurels for the 3rd-straight year, while Fryzel and Liggons are collecting postseason accolades for the 2nd-straight fall.
Four Fighting Irish also received All-League honors. They included senior OL Tyler Britsch, senior OL Kevon Harrison, junior DB Keyon Robinson, and junior DL Chris Sanders, Jr.
In addition, senior LB Logan Miller was tabbed to the All-Academic squad.
CCHS will close out its regular season vs. Mona Shores on Friday at 7 p.m. at home. Tickets for Friday’s non-conference matchup can be purchased online at bit.ly/48hYrVL.
