IDT Finishes Runner-Up in Jazz & Hip-Hop at OASSA State Championships

The Central Catholic Irish Dance Team (IDT) earned runner-up finishes in both Medium Jazz and Medium Hip-Hop at the OASSA Dance State Championships on Sunday at Butler High School.

With this year’s results, IDT has now recorded 14 Top-3 finishes at the state championships since 2018, including six state titles.

In program history, IDT has captured five state championships in Hip-Hop (2018, 2019, 2020, 2022, 2023) and one in Jazz (2022).

The 2025-26 squad features 20 student-athletes, including five seniors: Ally Fitzgerald, Reagan Niese, Lillian Ruiz, Akaia Sokoni, and Aniyah Winningham.
